I occasionally have to travel for work, and Rudy has to get medication daily and has a very specific food routine, in addition to having close attention paid to his intake & litter box habits, and Emma follows his routines to a T, and sends detailed updates. On this particular visit, he happened to have some tummy issues while I was gone, and Emma let me know right away and did a great job answering a couple questions & sending pictures to help me make the right choice for Rudy and so I had pictures his vet will also appreciate!”
