Crazy Cat Lady of Berlin

Hello there :) My name is Nina, and I'm a master's student at Humboldt University studying international sociology. I love rollerblading, being out in nature, yoga, animals, fashion, and reading.

I am 29 years old and originally from the US, but I have been lucky to spend much of my 20s backpacking, volunteering, and studying all over. Some of the most meaningful connections I made while traveling were with cats and dogs, and I have volunteered at many international shelters to be near their amazing energy.

I grew up with cats my entire life and spent one full year catsitting and housesitting two huge orange boys for my university professor in Chicago while he traveled the world.

Here in Berlin I have catsit and housesit all over and have many warm references from diverse types of people, families, and kitties. I am well-organized, clean, playful, and tender-hearted. And most of all, trustworthy.

I am looking for both short-term and long-term cat-sits. I live alone in Weserkiez and offer daily visits within 5km of this area. For overnight stays, I am more flexible :) I am happy to arrange a free meet and greet to get to know you and your cat/s!

After my one-year-long cat-sit in Chicago, I discovered the beauty of getting to know cats over longer periods and how special this can be. So if you would like me to catsit for one month or more, we can discuss a discounted nightly rate! I also increase my rates over holidays and if you have more than two kitties.

I look forward to hearing from you. Also, my German is still scheisse, so English is preferred ;)

    Nina took amazing care of our cat while we were away. She was super nice, reliable and our cat absolutely loved her! We are so happy, couldn't recommend her more :)

    Nina stayed in my apartement for a week and took care of my 3 cats. She was super easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I felt very safe with her taking care of my kitties, she send me daily updates and left the apartement clean and tidy. 10/10 would recommend and I‘m surely gonna book her again! :)

    We’re so happy to have found Nina! Not only is she a great person we really enjoyed meeting, she also has so much love for Cats! Our shy Cat warmed up to her immediately and was completely happy and relaxed when we came home - he enjoyed his time a lot! She also kept us updated the whole time. The biggest recommendation! 🌷

    Nina took very good care of our kitties. I think they got more attention from her during that time than they usually get from us. Not only did she gave them food she gave them love as well. We got wonderful pictures from happy kitties and a happy cat sitter. Highly recommend Nina.
