Cuddly Catsitting service

Hey there,

I am Kathrin, 30 years old, and live in Berlin since September 2020. I work part-time as Online Shop Manager for a fair fashion store and have launched my own slow fashion label last summer, sulka studio. In my free time, I like to read, ride my bike, practice yoga, meet friends, drink coffee and explore some art exhibitions from time to time. Before moving to Berlin, I have lived abroad and travelled for a longer period of time. While travelling, I have gathered a lot of experience with Couchsurfing and Workaway, so I have stayed in the homes of others quite often and know how to treat their places respectfully. Having a cat on my own has been a dream since I was a kid, but unfortunately my living situation never allowed it. I have experience in catsitting (once for the two adopted cats of a work colleague in his place, once for a neighbour) of a couple of weeks in total. A close friend of mine has a cat, too, and whenever I visit my friend for a few days, the cat comes to sleep in my bed and I love to play with him. I also speak a bit of French.

Next to the obvious chores of feeding them and cleaning the cat loo, I am happy to cater to the different needs of each cat. I love cuddling with them a lot (if they want to cuddle, too), and like playing with them. One of the cats that I cared for needed medication that I added to the food, and I'd be up to do that again, if needed. In general, I appreciate clear instructions on the needs of your cat(s), including their preferred food, feeding times, favourite games and ways to cuddle, as well as the things they don't like. And I'd obviously keep you posted about your cat(s) everyday with pictures, videos and updates.

If I'd stay in your place, I could also empty your post box and water your plants.
