From one paw-rent to another

I'm a Filipino PhD student in Biosciences currently living in Heidelberg. Back home in the Philippines, I have one cat and 3 dogs who I love and miss all the time. My baby girl, Nala, is the first cat I ever had after I discovered her all alone in an abandoned lot near our home. Since taking her in, she has grown into a strong, healthy, beautiful, and rather sassy cat who I love dearly. To fill the void while I'm living in Germany, I also take care of my friends' cats when they are away for holidays and consider them my nephews/nieces 🥹
