I'm an easy-going chef living in Berlin with my long-term partner. Cats have been beloved companions throughout my life, starting with Vincenzo and Totti who were my faithful friends for many years growing up. When I met my partner, we shared our home and hearts with Pola, an adorably grumpy old lady who was truly the best cat in the world. I was lucky enough to have her in my life for 5 wonderful years (she was with my partner for 15 years total) until she recently passed away. Pola had such endearing quirks—she would follow me everywhere, demanding attention by gently tapping me until I lifted the bed covers so she could curl up under my legs, her favorite cozy spot. These deep connections with cats have given me not just experience but genuine understanding of their unique personalities. I know that every cat has their own preferences, boundaries, and special ways of showing affection. When caring for your feline friend, I'll bring this respectful understanding along with all the love I have for these magnificent creatures.
