Charlotte has been amazing with our cats. They are both hesitant with people they don't know, however our girl connected instantly with Charlotte. Our boy is more shy and Charlotte knew exactly how to deal with him. It was good knowing that were in safe hands. Would definitely recommend.

Charlotte was brilliant, she sent me little updates each day that we were away (and where she could, also sent a photo, which knowing Minnie is not an easy task!). Charlotte also helped with the little things like watering the plants and putting the bins out. It was a great relief to know Minnie was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend using Charlotte and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again the next time we are away! :-)

Charlotte is amazing. When Dennis & Rosie where first introduced to Charlotte they both liked her instantly. Everyday Charlotte sent me updates, amazing videos and photos she played and gave them loads of snuggles I knew they where in such brilliant hands has I came back to two very very happy cats. 😻😻 Thankyou Charlotte for looking after us🐾🐾
