I’m a Chinese college student currently living in Berlin, and I have two lovely cats at home. My grandfather is a bird breeder, so I grew up familiar with bird care and management. I’ve also helped my cousin raise two grey rabbits and volunteered at a zoo, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of animals.

My grandfather owns a small farm in the Chinese countryside, where I’ve had the opportunity to raise not only poultry and large livestock but also smaller animals like hedgehogs and sparrows. I’m very comfortable around animals and always treat them with patience and care.

After graduating from high school, I also helped out at my aunt’s pet care shop, and I’ve personally raised both of my current cats—the first one is a blue-and-white cat, and the second is an orange tabby.

Fun fact: I once even raised a dwarf crocodile and later gave it to a classmate!

By the way, my german level only at A1-A2,but my english is not so bad.

I’m totally used to taking care of pets! For cats, I can handle the whole routine—brushing their fur, trimming their nails, cleaning their ears, scooping the litter box, and of course, keeping their bellies full.

When it comes to hamsters or other little furballs like rodents, I can clean their cages, refill water bottles, and make sure they’ve got plenty of snacks and bedding.

I’m absolutely comfortable with all the basic stuff—feeding, grooming, cleaning—no problem at all. But just a heads-up: in case of an emergency, I might struggle a bit because I don’t speak fluent German yet. So for anything serious, I’d definitely need backup.
