Hello, my name is Mayerli. I’m from Colombia, and I currently live in Frankfurt. Since I was practically born, I grew up surrounded by cats, which, by the way, I am a huge fan of. My mom and family always took in street cats — we would care for them and then find them loving families. I have always had a lot of love for animals. Eventually, we finally adopted a cat, and she turned out to be pregnant. She had a kitten, and we decided to keep him. I took care of him together with his mother until they both grew up. The fascination I feel for cats is extraordinary. I only know that they deserve all the love and care they can get — they are simply beautiful. Later, I moved to another city and took care of two beautiful cats in the house where I lived, and since then I’ve constantly had contact with cats. I’ve learned to understand their personalities and to what extent I can approach them without disturbing their independence
