My journey as a cat caretaker began at age six when I welcomed my two rescue tortoiseshell cats, Nutmeg and Basil, whom I cared for until I went to college. Growing up with them gave me a deep understanding of feline behavior, subtle body language, and individual personalities. Throughout college and beyond, I have continued to be the go-to cat sitter for neighbors, the families I nanny for, and friends, providing reliable daily drop-ins, careful feeding, fresh water, and plenty of interactive playtime (the best kind of therapy for me honestly). I know how important a calm, predictable routine from their human is for cats, and I treat every feline companion with the same patience, care, and respect I gave my own pets.
