I have extensive experience with indoor cats and understand their world: the importance of routine, environmental enrichment and genuine human connection. Every visit includes fresh food and water, playtime and quality attention. I'm also very attentive to health: after years of experience and 11 years of shelter volunteering, I have a keen eye for early signs that something might be off, whether it's a change in appetite, behaviour or energy levels. You'll always get an honest update after each visit.

Cats have been part of my life since the day I was born...quite literally. Growing up in Portugal, I volunteered at a cat shelter in Lisbon for 11 years, caring for cats of all temperaments and ages, and rescued several street cats from the streets along the way. I've cared for cats from tiny newborns all the way to an 18-year-old senior, so no age or stage is unfamiliar to me. I'm also experienced in administering medication, so cats with health needs or special routines are absolutely welcome. Now based in Germany for 9 years, I share my home with my husband, our 6-year-old son, and two wonderful 12-year-old cat ladies, so I truly understand what mature and senior cats need. As a trilingual sitter (Portuguese, German and English), I'm happy to communicate with you in whichever language you prefer. Katzen sind seit dem Tag meiner Geburt Teil meines Lebens – ganz buchstäblich. Aufgewachsen in Portugal, habe ich elf Jahre lang in einem Katzenheim in Lissabon ehrenamtlich gearbeitet, Katzen aller Charaktere und Altersgruppen betreut und dabei so manche Straßenkatze gerettet. Ich habe Katzen von winzigen Neugeborenen bis hin zu einer 18-jährigen Seniorin versorgt – kein Alter und kein Stadium ist mir fremd. Ich habe außerdem Erfahrung mit der Verabreichung von Medikamenten, sodass Katzen mit gesundheitlichen Bedürfnissen oder besonderen Routinen herzlich willkommen sind. Seit neun Jahren lebe ich in Deutschland und teile mein Zuhause mit meinem Mann, unserem sechsjährigen Sohn und zwei wunderbaren zwölfjährigen Katzen-Damen – ich weiß daher genau, was reife und ältere Katzen brauchen. Als dreisprachige Betreuerin (Portugiesisch, Deutsch und Englisch) kommuniziere ich gerne in der Sprache, die für euch am besten passt.
