When I watch pets, I love to keep them active, happy, and feeling loved! Some fun activities I usually do include: • Playtime – whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or just running around the yard or living room, I make sure they get their energy out in a fun way. • Walks and fresh air – for dogs especially, regular walks are a must! I choose safe, interesting routes to keep things exciting. • Mental stimulation – I bring puzzle toys, hide treats for a little “treasure hunt,” or teach simple tricks to keep their minds engaged. • Cuddles and chill time – for the more relaxed pets (or after play), I make sure they get plenty of affection and calm time, just how they like it. • Routine care – I stick to their regular schedule, whether it’s feeding, brushing, or medication, to make them feel secure. Most importantly, I always pay attention to each pet’s personality and preferences – some love to run and play, others just want a cozy companion, and I adjust to make sure they feel safe and happy.
